HAND DELIVERY LTD WINS TOP REGIONAL AWARD
St Albans based Hand Delivery Ltd has been awarded a top award by its peers in the APC Overnight nationwide express parcels network.
The company received ‘Regional Depot of the Year Award’ for East Anglia at APC’s recent annual conference near Stratford-upon-Avon, in recognition of the outstanding delivery service provided over the past 12 months.
Currently handling 1500 consignments a day, the company grew at the rate of 12 per cent last year and the signs are that this trend is set to continue over the next 12 months.
Margo Lerin, Co Director at Hand Delivery, said, “We are very pleased to have won this award and it follows the success we had last year, winning Depot Development Award.
“We have been established for 11 years and for the past nine years have been part of the APC Overnight network for our next day delivery.”
Hand Delivery now employs 65 people including sub contractors and has a fleet of 50 vehicles.
Vehicles are equipped with satellite navigation so there is no problem in finding delivery destinations!
Margo added: “This award is really for our hard working staff who day in, day out ensure that our customers receive the best possible service available.” |
